Marinus Dijkstra

Chief Innovation Officer

Marinus is known to many as one of the most progressively-minded dairymen in the industry and is also one of the company's Co-Founders. As a dairy farmer himself, he came up with the idea of automating the inoculation and data management process in order to improve the health of his cows as well as minimize many of the operational challenges that come with the current manually intensive processes on the dairy. He is a dairy owner and brings over 20 years of industry experience. Marinus has worked his way up to the top and has seen all facets of the dairy business after immigrating here from the Netherlands. He is tenacious in always trying to find new ways to improve the dairy industry and serves as an exemplary leader. Marinus also sits on the California Milk Advisory Board and is known as a reputable DFA member. He also enjoys taking his son, Cody, on adventures and spending quality time with him.

Alexander Chuck

Chief Executive Officer

As CEO & Co-Founder of Pharm Robotics, Alexander formed many of the initial business and financial models for the company along with Marinus. Today, he has been recognized as an AgGrad and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree. Alexander leads the company with a solid vision to improve the lives of livestock and farmers through automation. He is known for tackling challenges, executing objectives, and utilizing connections to reach common goals. He currently oversees all the company's operations and product development. Previously, he was the Operations Manager at Cottonwood Dairy in CA. Formally, he has earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance and B.S. in Accounting from Chapman University. During his free time, he enjoys going to art museums and galleries, listening to jazz music, and dining with friends and family.

Jason Swart

Partner

Jason & Joe are partners with Pharm Robotics and are the owners of Specialized Dairy Services (SDS). SDS custom designs and manufactures dairy equipment to accommodate facilities ranging from small family-owned dairy farms to large agribusiness dairy operations. Jason & Joe provide their installation service in most western and southwestern states and will play a major role in the company's sales.


Joe Trujillo

Chris van den Berg

Partner

Chris is a partner with Pharm Robotics and is the owner of FarmTrace. FarmTrace is developing next-generation software that connects every system and stakeholder throughout the animal and plant protein value chain for the $2.4T global agricultural industry. As a consultant/advisor to the company, Chris is incredibly interested in collaborating and spreading awareness across the industry for Pharm Robotics. He earned his B.A. in Food & Agribusiness and Financial Management from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences and his M.Sc. in Management from Nyenrode Business University.


Thomas Hintz

Partner

Thomas Hintz is the Managing Partner of SeaHold LLC, a firm in the waste-to-energy field, with anaerobic digestion as its primary focus. SeaHold consults with colleges, private industry and other research organizations on the feasibility of anaerobic digesters.Tom is a graduate of Indiana University, with a degree in Economics. As a seasoned business executive, Tom has a solid background of achievements in profit generation and value creation through product and project development. Tom specializes in making projects happen, from ground level conceptual design, pre-engineering studies, construction, commissioning and operation of renewable energy facilities, to the eventual interconnection to natural gas and electrical distribution networks. Tom's primary role within the Pharm Robotics team is to assist as a consultant and advisor in business development and assessing supply chain-related concepts.
